Vital is led by Chris Diaz, a basketball operator who has spent a decade inside the game. He's been General Manager at Skyline Preparatory HS, Director of Recruiting at Jalen Green Elite (Adidas 3SSB), Assistant Program Director at Arizona Unity (Nike EYBL), and a UAA coach with West Coast Elite (Under Armour).
He's run NBA pre-draft workouts for two summers, worked summer camps at NCAA, Marquette, and GCU, and trained NBA veteran Jevon Carter. Across his career he's helped move 100+ athletes from high school to college, and from college to the pros. Most NIL agency founders are lawyers or marketers. Chris is a coach with the network.
